MISSING PERSONS

There are many reasons that you may want to seek and find old friends, neighbors, relatives whose address or name have changed, former employees and business associates. In civil and criminal cases finding witnesses to determine facts or witnesses who can give information regarding extenuating circumstances.

One of your problems is the fact that thousands of data base companies try to sell their search capabilities for locating missing persons on the Internet. A few of the companies are very successful and maintain a high success rate. However, if you use Google, Yahoo or any of the main web servers, you are going to be directed to 29 million web pages from companies offering “free” or “for a fee” to do the search. Most of these companies advise you they can give you your information but because of some sort of complexity there will be additional charges. Even after you receive their information you cannot be sure you have the right party.

The Internet is a sea of frustration to the uninitiated. It is also a wealth of valuable information if you know how to use it.

Recently I tried a free data search base with the name of J.________. The last name was foreign and so long I could not pronounce it. Thinking this would be a slam-dunk I paid $25 bucks for the search which got me over a thousand J._____ in New York state alone.

By using my database company and gaining one previous address on J.______ I located and confirmed the individual’s accurate address in 15 minutes.

With time and intense effort I successfully located one party when the only information my client could give me was the nickname Sue______. Her last name was relatively common. Because we encourage free consultation with our clients we found a Sue with a middle name recognized by our client.

When you hire an investigator for any purpose, give as much information as possible. Whenever you think of additional information, be sure and quickly write it down regardless if it sounds trivial or of little importance. Notify your Investigator or Attorney. The lead may make your case or your search successful.Your after thought could save you time and money.

Most of our trace business comes from client referrals. I take a great deal of pride in my efforts to bring you accurate information at a reasonable cost
